Full Payment of Accommodation will be processed on Arrival. Upon check in photo identification and a valid credit card in the name of the registered guest will be required for a $200 pre-authorisation to cover any incidentals and the security of the apartment and keys. Guests who are unable to meet the check in requirements will not be granted access to our apartments and no refund will be made. STRICTLY NO CASH BONDS ACCEPTED The credit card pre-authorisation will freeze $200 for a period of 5 - 10 working days. This amount is released by your financial institution not the hotel. Please note that within high season and special events, a security pre-authorisation of $500.00 is required. Please contact reception to confirm applicable dates. Bookings made via this site are not entitled to any type of loyalty program rewards. ***No Party Policy*** As our apartments are located in a residential environment, we maintain a strict NO PARTY POLICY AND ZERO NOISE TOLERANCE POLICY.
