The Gallery was established in 1919 and ia one of the oldest regional galleries in New South Wales. Relocated in 2004 to a large modern purpose built venue, the gallery has a large permanent collection and regularly hosts visiting exhibitions from all of the art world. The Gallery is located at 466 Peel St (only 1km from Quest Tamworth) and opening hours are Tuesdays to Fridays 10am to 5pm and Saturdays 10am to 4pm
