The Saintly Room at Quest Moonee Valley is a dedicated Meeting Room that provides a range of options and configurations for groups of up to 50 people seated theatre style. Whether you need to meet for half a day or longer, or require catering and audio visual equipment, the Saintly Meeting Room provides you with quality, choice, flexibility and convenience.
The apartments at Quest Moonee Valley also provide an environment which is conducive to both formal and informal meetings. The spacious lounge area in the Apartments can be arranged to suit boardroom style meetings, interviews or to introduce and display products.

Whether it is a morning or afternoon tea, full day meeting or cocktail party, let Quest Moonee Valley take care of all your meeting requirements. The Saintly Meeting Room is ideal for business gatherings of up to 50 people seated theatre style or up to 80 people for a cocktail function.
Charges (inclusive of GST):
- Full Day - $375
- Half Day (up to 4 hours) - $250

- Room hire and set up
- Notepads, pens, water & mints
- Arrival tea and coffee
- Whiteboard
- Television, DVD & VCR
- Overhead projector is available on request for an extra charge
- Projector screen
- Flip chart, butchers paper and markers
- Fax and copy services available
- Additional AV equipment (eg electronic whiteboard, data projector) is available on request for an extra charge
- Limited complimentary parking is available on-site.
Catering Options:
- Morning, afternoon tea and lunch menus are available
- All catering is provided at an additional charge.
