Central Reservations
Our central reservations team is based in Melbourne, and takes enquiries and bookings  from all over the world. You need a good phone manner, a bright personality and strong customer service focus.

Property Management
Quest apartment managers are responsible for managing finances, staff, sales and marketing and delivering the ‘Quest Experience’ to guests. A strong customer focus is essential, and hospitality experience in accommodation or food and beverage is desirable. Opportunities can arise in Australia and New Zealand.

Sales and Marketing
If you have an excellent ability to build strong client relationships and have previous sales and marketing experience, you could thrive as the business development manager with a Quest property.

National Key Account Management
Key account managers are responsible for maintaining and developing business in a particular business sector. These positions are based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth. An outgoing personality, good communication and negotiation skills are essential. Previous sales experience is desirable, and experience within one of these business sectors would be advantageous.

Accounts
Opportunities range from booking-keeping roles requiring skills in programs such as MYOB and Pronto to specialist financial management positions requiring degree-qualified applicants.

Franchise Support
Experience in the franchise industry is highly desirable for our field support staff, as is an understanding of the Franchising Code of Conduct. Field staff need outstanding communications skills as they are responsible for liaison between a number of Quest franchisees and the franchisor. The role involves mentoring and guiding franchisees in areas including operations, financial management, budgeting, sales and marketing.

Training and Support
Strong IT and communications skills are essential for these roles. This team gives training and support to franchisees in Quest systems including financial reporting, the Quest reservation system, front office system and individual property websites.

Reception
Reception staff at Quest properties are our all-important frontline in delivering exceptional customer service. A good phone manner, engaging personality and good communication skills are prerequisites.

Room Attending
These positions are a mix of casual, part-time and full-time, and often suit people who are studying or just wanting to work part-time. Attention to detail, pride in your work and the ability to interact easily with Quest guests are important.
