Quest Ipswich, Quest Springfield Central and Quest Woolooware Bay were named finalists for Franchise of the Year, Multi-unit Hospitality.
For more than 30 years, people have chosen Quest because we offer more than accommodation, we offer an effortless stay, dependability and a sense of belonging. It's the reason guests return, the reason our franchisee partners thrive, and the reason Quest continues to grow as a trusted part of the communities we serve across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
The Franchising Industry Awards exist to recognise the role franchising plays in local economies and communities. For Quest, that's not incidental to the business format franchise model, it's the model. Every Quest is locally owned and operated, which means the people running each property are the same people who live in that community, know its guests, and shape its character. That's what makes a stay at Quest feel different to a stay anywhere else, and it's exactly what these awards are recognising.
"This recognition reflects something we've always believed at Quest, that the strength of our brand comes from the strength of our franchisees who believe in our purpose and everyday strive to create moments that matter, for our guests, their employees, their community, and our network.
“For Quest to be acknowledged as a leader in sustainability is particularly special and a reflection of our commitment to being a purpose-led business. We thank and credit our franchisees for supporting our partnerships with Foodbank Australia, Hotels for Trees, Sony Foundation, and The Stella Prize.” said David Mansfield, Managing Director, The Ascott Limited, Australasia.
A commitment to Doing Better
The Excellence in Equality, Sustainability & Governance award carries particular weight. Winning it back-to-back reflects the depth of Quest's ESG commitments and the franchise network's willingness to bring them to life in their local community.
Quest's Doing Better programs, including Hotels for Trees, Foodbank, Sony Foundation, Project Net Zero, and The Stella Prize, reflect our belief that real hospitality extends beyond our doors, to the people who stay with us, the communities we’re part of, and the planet we all share. With five Quest properties in the development pipeline, the network continues to grow and with it, Quest’s impact on local economies and communities.
