The Anywhere Workout

Just when you thought no access to the gym meant no exercising, we bring you this. We met with Sarah Linden, personal trainer and friend of Quest Apartment Hotels, to film an at-home workout you can do from your living room, balcony, backyard, hotel room - you name it.

It’s a common misconception that you need a gym and elaborate equipment to get results. Equipment-free body weight workouts can help you build strength, tone up and burn calories, and better yet, stimulate the release of feel-good endorphins. Show up and glow up, with this simple and effective workout you can complete in rain, hail or shine. 


Warm up

  • Quad stretch
  • Seated hamstring stretch
  • Cobra stretch
  • Lower back stretch

Workout

Complete each exercise for 15 reps, followed by a 45 second break. Repeat circuit two more times.

  • Squats with knee lift
  • Clock lunges
  • Lying back extensions with lateral pull
  • Supermans
  • Chest push ups
  • Fly
  • Chair dips
  • Arm circles
  • Plank ups
  • Mountain climbers

Cool Down

  • Sun salutation yoga flow
