The day ran very smoothly and I believe this is due to the following considerations:
The ability to park cars in Quests basement carpark
The comfortable size of the room
The set up of the room and attention to detail (ie writing pad and pen, water on tables, use of butchers paper for each table) Constant attention to refreshments, (ie topping up hot water, providing fresh coffee, clean cups and saucers, helping with catering)
Quiet location with no interruptions
Friendliness of Quest staff and willingness to help. Ease of booking and willingness to accommodate our needs
