All apartments offer individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning/heating units allowing you to regulate the apartment temperature for your own comfort. The units are controlled with an individual remote control located on the wall adjacent to the apartment entry door. To operate, press the ON button. To select the desired temperature use the UP and DOWN arrows.
Please do not leave balcony doors open whist air conditioning is on, or use a temperature setting below 20, as the unit will freeze and become non-operational. Please turn off air conditioning when leaving your apartment.

Alarm clock is located on the bedside table. If you require assistance, please contact Reception. A radio is built into your clock radio.
We recommend that you keep your balcony doors locked for security when you are not in the apartment and also at night time. Please do not leave balcony doors open whilst air conditioner is on.
Coffee and tea making facilities are available in your kitchen and are replenished daily except for Sundays and Public Holidays. Should you require replacement stocks, please contact Reception.
Each apartment offers you a wireless connection to your internet. Please refer to the tent card in your apartment for specific instructions on how to connect. Should you require any further assistance, please contact Reception.
To Operate the Cook Top:
Select the desired setting by turning the knob for the plate you wish to use. Please note an isolator switch is located in the splashback, please ensure this is switched on prior to use.
To Operate the Range Hood:
Pull the range hood towards you, the fan speed and lights are controlled via buttons on the right hand side of the range hood.
To Operate the Oven:
Turn the dial to the desired temperature. The oven indicator light will come on. Adjust the timer to the desired cooking time. The oven will turn off when the timer stops.
Dishwashing powder is located in the cupboard under the sink in the kitchen.
To operate the dishwasher:
Load the dishwasher with soiled crockery and cutlery. Place the dishwashing powder into the dispenser on the inside of door and close the dishwasher door. Turn the dishwasher on and then select the program you wish to run.
The hairdryer is located in the vanity cupboard of each bathroom

Please do not use metal utensils in the microwave. Place food in a microwave safe dish. Select the time required and power setting, then press “START”. Please Note: all crockery provided in your room is microwave safe. Splatter lids are located in all apartments for use.
The information provided in this directory is to assist you when making local, interstate or international telephone calls. Local telephone directories are in the drawer of your desk. Charges for outside calls will automatically be registered to your account. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Reception.
Billing
All local calls are $0.80 per call. Interstate and international calls are billed at house pulse rates.
Dialling an apartment from inside the property:
To call another apartment please, dial the apartment number. For apartments ending with the letter ‘B’ add 50 to the apartment number. For example to call apartment 101B, dial 151.
Dialling an apartment from outside the property:
Each apartment can be called directly from outside the property. To find out your direct dial number, please refer to your key wallet, telephone set or contact Reception by dialling 9.
To make an outside call:
You can dial direct for all local, interstate and international calls. To make an outside call, please dial ‘0’ first before dialling the designated number.
Dialling Interstate (STD) or International (IDD) numbers
For calls outside Victoria and within Australia; Dial ‘0’ for an outside line. Dial the relevant STD code then dial the number required.

Your apartment features a LCD television in the living area that has been programmed to receive all digital free to air channels available, as well as a number applications such as Netflix.
You can activate you TV by pressing the ‘Power’ button on your remote control. To select a channel, select the ‘Home’ button and use the up/down arrows on the right hand side of the remote to move through each option of free to air channels.

A washing machine and clothes dryer are provided in the One, Two and Three bedroom apartments.
There are also complementary laundry facilities on the 6th floor for the use of all guests, particularly those in studio apartments. Washing powder is provided in your apartment, additional powder is available from Reception.
Please Note: Front loading washing machines only require half of each sachet contents.
