1. Become a Quest Advantage member and add your QF Member Number to your profile.
2. Book the Qantas FF Points rate via our website. Participating properties will be tagged with Qantas. You will need to be logged into your Quest Advantage account for the Qantas FF rate to be bookable.
3. Points will be added within 4 weeks of your check out.
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer Member to earn and redeem Qantas Points on stays at participating Quest Apartment Hotels. You must also be a Quest Advantage Member and add your QFF Member number to your profile. A joining fee for Qantas Frequent Flyer may apply.

QFF Eligibility for stays at Quest
You must be a member of Qantas Frequent Flyer and Quest Advantage Loyalty program and book via Quest website (www.questapartments.com.au) to earn rewards.
To earn 3 Qantas Points per A$1 spent on eligible hotel stays at Quest Apartment Hotel properties, ensure your Qantas Frequent Flyer Member number is updated in your Quest Advantage profile prior to your stay. Stays must be booked directly with Quest (via https://www.questapartments.com.au/) with a participating Quest property.
Participating properties are indicated by a QFF tag on the Quest property booking page and display the Qantas Frequent Flyer rate as a bookable rate in the room category. Stays booked via email, phone, through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency are not eligible.
When do I provide my Qantas membership numbers?
Log in to your Quest Advantage profile (https://www.questapartments.com.au/quest-advantage/) . In ‘Update Profile’ scroll down to the Qantas Frequent Flyer section to add your name and QFF Membership Number. Quest properties cannot update your profile for you at check-in.
What can I earn QFF points for?
QFF points are awarded for accommodation only, at participating properties on when the Qantas Frequent Flyer rate is booked via the Quest website www.questapartments.com.au
Points can only be earned by one member per apartment and cannot be split between two or more members occupying the same apartment. Members can claim points on a maximum of three apartments and a maximum of seven nights per stay applies.

How long until I get my points?
Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas account within four weeks of completion of the corresponding hotel stay.
Points for my stay have not been applied, can I put in a claim for missing points?
Yes you can. Please complete the Missing Points Claim form here and Quest will respond within 5 business days.
*Qantas points cannot be earned on direct bookings via phone/email, in conjunction with a promo/corporate code, third party sellers (e.g. Booking.com) or in conjunction with any other promotion.
