Wharf Shed

A 15-minute stroll from Quest Geelong, Wharf Shed is perfect if you’re feeding little people, with arguably one of the most comprehensive kids’ menus on the eastern seaboard (including a kids ploughman’s platter!). There’s plenty for the adults, too, with breakfast served from 9am, and service continuing all the way through lunch and dinner.

Natural Supply Co

Natural, organic, zero-waste – the list of descriptions is long but so is the list of amazing products you'll find in this treasure trove of goodies. Artisan chocolate and boutique skincare are on offer, plus the kind of niche treats that will quickly build your reputation as a superior gift-giver with friends and family back home.

Little Malop Street Precinct

Sitting around two blocks from Quest Geelong Central, Little Malop Street precinct is the city’s hub of dining and drinking. Towards one end you’ll find the Geelong Arts Centre with its ever-rotating schedule of shows and events, and as you meander along the street you’ll get a colourful taste for Geelong’s dynamic gourmet scene, worthy of even the most discerning Melbourne weekender.

Waterfront activities

After starting the day right at Wharf Shed, you’re perfectly positioned to take advantage of some sightseeing with a side of sea breeze. Set off on the Bob McGovan Path – it takes in much of the stretch along Geelong's pretty waterfront, winding past striking bollards by artist Jan Mitchell and taking in the old historic carousel as well.

GMHBA Stadium at Kardinia Park

Around 15 minutes’ walk south of Quest Geelong Central is GMHBA Stadium. It has a capacity of 40,000, but the impressive size of this regional stadium has nothing on the city’s love of sport – particularly AFL. If you get a chance to experience a home match here, you won’t regret taking it.
