Quest Ballarat can cater for a range of Corporate conferencing requirements from the small and intimate meetings to the larger interactive workshops. Inclusive of the half day and full day rates for all participants is: wireless connectivity, iced water, mints, note pads and pens plus audio visual equipment (white screen, projector, flip chart, whiteboard, TV, DVD Player and HDMI Connection).
Quest Ballarat will ensure conferences run smoothly by providing on-site business support and catering can be tailored according to individual requirements and budgets. We also offer a fully serviced Nepresso Coffee Machine for use during your Conference or Meeting with a range of Coffees, Teas and Hot Chocolate (charges apply).

Boardroom = 20 participants
Class Room = 20 participants
Theatre Style = 40 participants
A fantastic feature of the Quest Ballarat conference room is that it is largely lit by natural light which filters in from the perfectly positioned adjoining courtyard. The courtyard features a fully equipped BBQ plus chairs and tables which is ideal for breakout sessions and activities or a separate meals area.
