Quest Ballarat can cater for a range of Corporate conferencing requirements from the small and intimate meetings to the larger interactive workshops. Inclusive of the half day and full day rates for all participants is: Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet connectivity, iced water, mints, note pads and pens plus audio visual equipment (Data Projector & Screen, Flip Chart, Whiteboard, TV, DVD Player and HDMI Connection).
Quest Ballarat will ensure conferences run smoothly by providing on-site business support and catering can be tailored according to individual requirements and budgets. We also offer a fully serviced Nepresso Coffee Machine for use during your Conference or Meeting with a range of Coffees, Teas and Hot Chocolate (charges apply).

A fantastic feature of the Quest Ballarat conference room is that it is largely lit by natural light which filters in from the perfectly positioned adjoining courtyard. The courtyard features a fully equipped BBQ plus chairs and tables which is ideal for breakout sessions and activities or a separate meals area.
