Quest on Doncaster has three well appointed conference rooms –
The Trellis Room accommodates small groups of 2 – 10 persons; The Trellis room is a small intimate meeting room which allows groups as small as 2 people to meet. With its own private facilities it makes for the ideal space to shut yourself away from the rest of the world.
The Vine Room is a naturally light filled meeting room and is a great alternative to a stuffy office board room and caters for medium size conferences (up to 45 seated delegates) and is situated amongst the tranquil garden setting of Quest on Doncaster.
The Merlot room is the largest of the three conference rooms at Quest on Doncaster Road and has the capacity to seat groups up to 100 people. The Merlot room is equipped with a ceiling mounted Data Projector which can be connected to our in room video or DVD player or your laptop. A Sound System is also available for DVD player and lap tops

Situated in the midst of tranquil gardens and with an abundance of natural light, these conference rooms make for the perfect place to hold your next important business meeting.
Whether you need to meet for half a day or longer, with or without catering and audio visual equipment then the Quest on Doncaster can provide you with quality, choice, flexibility and convenience.
Features
The conference rooms at Quest on Doncaster provide an environment which is conductive for both formal and informal meetings. Board room meetings, class room set up, U-shaped meeting, round tables or theatre style, anything is possible. Quest on Doncaster provides iced water and mints, note pads and pens, white board, flip chart and screen.
Catering
We have, in the final months of 2012 formed a relationship with a new onsite caterer – French Home Cooking. We are very excited to have Head Chef Christelle of French Home Cooking now providing all your catering needs - Her Motto is Eat well, live well. French Home Cooking is the product of more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, and now we bring all that experience to your conference or meeting.
