For four months from Boxing Day 2014, the Frankston Waterfront will be again transformed as over 3,500 tonnes of sand is carved into spectacular sculptures as Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Starwars characters come to life in gigantic proportions.
You will be amazed as the likes of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, all of the Disney Princesses including Princess Elsa and Anna from Frozen come to life in front of your eyes. Memorable Pixar friendships will also be on display including Buzz and Woody from Toy Story and Lightening McQueen and Mater. Marvels legendary Spider Man, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk and The Avengers will also be sure to amaze. Finally if you are a Star Wars fan you are in for a huge treat as we present to you Yoda, Jabba the Hut and ultimate foe Darth Vadar, along with detailed sand sculptures of the might of the Empire's Death Star and Rebel symbol of hope Luke's X-wing fighter.
