The staff are very friendly especially a lady named Jen who checked us in
last minute. She was very pleasant and helpful.
It was our first time in Melbourne and we had a booking in St Kilda and the
hotel was disgusting so we had to have a frantic search for a place to stay
last minute .
We were very unorganized and tired after a 15 hr drive and Jen was very
understanding and even called me back to arrange everything.
The room we got was immaculate.
I will definatley be looking for quests when i travel!!!

We used your conference room for the interviews in our recent Principal selection process. Applicants must have privacy for 15 minutes reading time prior to their interview slot and the nearby apartment that was provided was conveniently located and very comfortable.
Please pass on my thanks to the staff members working that day, the conference room was perfectly set-up and nothing was too much trouble. It made the experience for me, the selection panel and the applicants smooth. We also enjoyed the morning tea and lunch very much; the food was fresh and delicious.
