Training & support
Quest invests significantly in its franchisees through training and support programs to ensure every new Quest property is a success. For many new franchisees, while their business experience is extensive, their knowledge of the hospitality industry is often limited.
To that end, franchisees begin with an intensive four week induction to bring them up to speed with the industry and the Quest business.
For the following six months, franchisees are closely monitored to ensure they get off to a flying start. Regular support is provided through our Field Support and Business Success Program.
