When you choose Quest Serviced Apartments, we’ll help to make your stay with us hassle-free, by providing flexible accommodation, personalised service and a friendly face.
Our regular housekeeping, valet laundry and dry cleaning services, baby sitting booking service and selected local restaurant chargeback arrangements are options our guests find invaluable.
If you’d prefer to dine in, we even offer to stock your apartment fridge or pantry in advance, from milk and bread to all the ingredients for a feast. To use our pantry shopping service, simply advise the property before arrival and they’ll take care of the rest. It’s not only convenient, particularly for families, it will help minimise dining out and takeaway costs.
Quest can also help you unwind when you’re away from home, with FOXTEL, Austar and in-house movies which can be run through DVD players or Movie-link. Broadband internet access is also available in all our apartments for your web browsing needs.
Security is a major priority at Quest. On-site reception staff are accessible throughout the day, with management available to attend to urgent after hours enquiries. Most of our properties provide internal and external doors with cameras, to provide peace of mind and to prohibit unauthorised guests from entering the property.
Quest properties with pools and BBQ facilities are also appropriately fenced for safety.

Quest apartments typically feature fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as dining and entertaining areas that are separate from bedrooms. Studio apartments feature kitchenettes, along with a lounge/dining area. Most properties offer the following features:
