15 AUGUST 2019 - Quest Apartment Hotels is set to open its latest regional property in the Southern Tablelands of NSW with the launch of Quest Goulburn this November.
Valued at approximately $20 million, the five-storey apartment hotel property will feature conference facilities, 38 car parking spaces and 63 premium serviced apartments located in the commercial centre of the Goulburn-Mulwaree region.
Quest Apartment Hotels General Manager – Growth, James Shields said the region’s major economic drivers cover a diverse base of industries across manufacturing and logistics, health care, education, mining and renewable energy.
“Goulburn is ideally situated between the major capitals of Canberra and Sydney along the Hume Highway and is therefore well placed to benefit from the economic development in this region. The New South Wales state government anticipates 25,000 new homes and 27,800 new jobs will be generated along the Sydney-Canberra corridor. We believe Goulburn will play a major role in this growth.
