“Goulburn is ideally situated between the major capitals of Canberra and Sydney along the Hume Highway and is therefore well placed to benefit from the economic development in this region. The New South Wales state government anticipates 25,000 new homes and 27,800 new jobs will be generated along the Sydney-Canberra corridor. We believe Goulburn will play a major role in this growth.

“As a key regional city within the Southern Tablelands, Goulburn acts as a business centre and a major population catchment for health, banking, retail and education. These elements are attractive to corporate and leisure traveller.

Quest Goulburn will join other recently opened and soon to open locations including Quest Orange, Quest Griffith, Quest Dubbo, Quest Nowra and Quest Albury on Townsend, to be the thirteenth Quest Apartment Hotel located in regional New South Wales. This strong growth positions Quest as the leading accommodation provider in regional New South Wales.

“Our clients and existing business travellers are looking to Goulburn as a place to do business, so we are pleased to partner with Nicolas Daoud and Co (NDCO) to service this growing customer base with our new standard of apartment hotels,” said Mr Shields.

NDCO Director and owner Nicolas Daoud noted the group's commitment to Goulburn as a main regional centre with great opportunities and strong corporate and community ties.

"Our group has worked closely with the council and the community to deliver this project on schedule while maintaining a significant heritage presence of the old Marianne College which we are very proud of."

Located on Clinton Street, Quest Goulburn is a two-hour drive south west of Sydney’s CBD and an hour north of Canberra. The property will feature a mix of self-contained studio, one and two bedroom apartments, each containing kitchen facilities, highspeed WiFi, modern décor, and the latest in appliances.
