Our furnished apartments are designed as real homes to make your short stay or long stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. In a Quest Apartment Hotel you'll find open plan living spaces, zoned living and sleeping areas, dedicated workstations and well-appointed kitchen and laundry facilities.

Our spacious open plan apartments come in a variety of configurations to suit your needs, including studio, one, two, three, and even up to four bedroom apartments.

Each of our long stay apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette, laundry facilities and separate living, dining and sleeping areas, so that you’re afforded all the space and privacy you need to make your long-term stay as comfortable as possible.

Our long stay guests are encouraged to take advantage of the modern facilities in our serviced apartments to work, rest or relax in peace. Many of our apartments feature entertainment systems consisting of an LCD/flat screen television with Austar/Foxtel channels and Wi-Fi internet access for all your web browsing needs.

The wide range of services we offer are specifically designed for your comfort and convenience. Quest offer regular housekeeping and valet laundry and dry-cleaning services will take all the hassle out of everyday chores and errands.

Some Quest properties have a dedicated business centre, while others offer a range of business and administrative services through reception, including printing, faxing and mailing. Business facilities do vary across Quest’s properties, so please check with the property prior to arrival.

Quest offers a range of dining options for long stay travellers. The majority of apartments contain a combination of an oven, hotplates, microwave, fridge, glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and dishwashing facilities. This allows you to cook for yourself in the comfort of your apartment.

If you don't have time to do your shopping, Quest's pantry shopping service offers a comprehensive and convenient alternative, where you can fill out your shopping list and have your items delivered to your apartment.

Selected Quest properties also offer breakfast or snack pack options. Guests can purchase a selection of light continental breakfast packs consisting of cereal, milk, juice and a muesli bar. If you’d like to dine out, Quest offers a restaurant chargeback option at selected local restaurants. Restaurant charges will automatically be added to your Quest accommodation account and settled on check-out.
