A variety of room set-ups and catering options are available. The total maximum sit down capacity is 95 delegates in a theatre style. A same day dry cleaning service is available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Laundry bags and dockets are located in your apartment wardrobe. Please complete the docket and take your dry cleaning to reception before 08:30am for delivery the same afternoon. For additional laundry items outside of the nominated times, please contact reception.
Guests may receive email while staying at Quest NewQuay. Guest emails are to be addressed to questnewquay@questapartments.com.au. Please request the sender to note “GUEST EMAIL FOR ****” in the subject line.
All One, Two and Three Bedroom Apartments offer sofa beds, available as one extra person bedding. Extra person charges are $55.00 per person, per night. Please notify the reception of your requirements.

Quest NewQuay is equipped with sophisticated fire detection and prevention systems. As a further precaution, we ask that you familiarise yourself with the emergency evacuation plan, located on the back of your apartment door. In the event of a fire, a continuous warning bell will sound.
Should you become aware of a fire or smell smoke, please call reception immediately and state the location, in order to enable investigation.

Quest NewQuay offers a complimentary Guest Gymnasium, located on the Mezzanine floor. The Guest Gymnasium is open from 6:00am to 10:00pm. To access the guest gymnasium, please use your apartment key card.
Complimentary, unlimited high-speed WiFi is provided throughout all apartments and common areas. To connect to the WiFi:
1. On your device, enable the WiFi and select the "Quest NewQuay Wi-Fi" network
2. Open your web browser and the log-in page will appear
3. Enter the registered guest's surname and room number

For your convenience and security we ask that you retain your key card during your stay and return it upon checkout. Please report lost cards to reception immediately.
Quest NewQuay has two lifts for guests’ convenience.
A complimentary laundry is located on the ground floor.
Please hand in any found items to reception. Items are kept for a period of three months after which they will be disposed of at Management’s discretion. This is in accordance with Quest Apartment Hotels policies and procedures.
A Luggage Trolley is available. Please contact reception for assistance.
Mailing and shipping of local and overseas articles and parcels can be arranged with reception. Your mail will be delivered to your apartment daily. If mail is expected after your departure we will be pleased accept a forwarding address.
Should you experience any equipment failure in your apartment please contact reception. Please note all guests are liable for any spillage, loss or damage to the appliances, furniture fixtures and all fittings in the apartment. Fair wear and tear is accepted. The cost of professional cleaning, if required, will be charged to the guest account.
National and a local newspaper are available at reception. If you would like a specific newspaper ordered and charged to your room, please advise reception the day before.
Quest NewQuay has a strict NO SMOKING POLICY in all apartments except for private balconies and designated outside smoking areas. Please respect this for the comfort of other guests. A cost of $500.00 will be charged to your account if the policy is not adhered to. This is to cover the cleaning of carpets, curtains, cushions, blankets and throws. If smoking within the building triggers a fire alarm a minimum cost of $750.00 will apply.
In consideration of other guests, Quest NewQuay has a No Party Policy. No loud noise is permitted in your apartment after 10:30pm.
Quest NewQuay prides itself on providing a homely and relaxing environment for the benefit of all guests. Please ensure that your television, stereo and radio volumes are at a comfortable level so as not to disturb other guests. If at any time you are disturbed by noise from either within or outside the property please dial 9 to contact reception or resident manager for after hours.
Secure onsite parking is available to guests, with direct apartment access. To open the guest parking gate please use your apartment guest key card on the right hand side of the driveway entry. Your car registration number details are required at the time of check-in. Quest NewQuay accepts no responsibility for guest cars parked in the car park.
We regret with the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted at Quest NewQuay.

A “Do Not Disturb” sign is provided at the back of your apartment door. Please place the sign outside of your apartment door should you require privacy. Housekeeping will not attend to your apartment should a "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed on your apartment door.
A Privacy Latch can be used for extra privacy whilst you are in your apartment, and is found behind the apartment door lock. Switch the Privacy Latch to enable the "Do Not Disturb" function while you are inside the apartment and you wish not to be disturbed. The Privacy Latch will be disabled once the apartment door lock handle is opened. Housekeeping will not attend to your apartment should the Privacy latch be enabled.
Your apartment is equipped with a safety box, located in the bedroom wardrobe.
For your security the front doors are locked from 10:00pm – 6:00am. Reception does however operate 24 hours daily. Overnight access can be gained with your apartment key card. Please use your key card for your own access only, and ensure others do not enter the property. Quest NewQuay features a video surveillance system for the safety of our guests. Please report any security issues immediately to reception.
Your apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and Public Holidays unless otherwise arranged. Please report any spillages or accidental damage to reception immediately as guests are responsible for any spillage loss or damage to the appliances, furniture and fixtures and all fittings in the apartment fair wear and tear is expected. Where professional cleaning is required the guest will be responsible for the costs.
Reception is pleased to arrange a taxi, shuttle or a limousine service to your desired location.
Extra towels can be obtained from reception.
Umbrellas are available for hire from reception. A $20.00 deposit will be refundable upon return of the item. You are also welcome to purchase the umbrella.
For your safety and security we recommended that all visitors register at reception. After 11:00pm no visitors are permitted at the property except for registered guests for the safety and security of all in-house guests. No parties or large groups of people are permitted in the apartments without prior approval by Management. Quest NewQuay has a NO PARTY POLICY. Guest will be asked to leave the property if this policy is not adhered to.
Wake up calls can be arranged by contacting reception. Alternatively you may use your alarm clock located on the bedside table of your apartment.
